Nirvana, "Nevermind" - Another landmark album full of meaningful imagery, Nirvana's 1991 album marked the band's entry into the big-money pool of major labels, just like the naked baby swimming in a pool, with a dollar bill floating temptingly in front of him. Kurt Cobain declined to have an alternate cover made censoring the baby's privates, but did suggest a sticker would read, "If you're offended by this, you must be a closet pedophile." Then three-month-old Spencer Elden is now a grown man.
