FILE - In this March 27, 2013 file photo, Raymond Santana poses for a portrait in New York. Santana is a 38-year-old man who in 1989 was accused, along with four other teens, of raping and brutally beating a woman in Central Park. Santana and four other boys maintained their innocence as they grew up behind bars after being convicted of the attack. Their convictions were eventually tossed out by a judge in 2002 when new evidence surfaced linking someone else to the crime. But their legal battle goes on: A $250 million federal lawsuit against police and prosecutors has been pending nearly a decade, with no resolution in sight. (AP Photo/Mary Altaffer, File)
