After a day-long manhunt that shut down the city of Boston on April 19, police nabbed Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was hiding out in a boat in a Boston suburb. His older brother, Tamerlan, was killed during a shoot-out with police. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is recovering in a Boston hospital and has been charged with helping to set the twin bombs at the Boston Marathon.
